Established in 2004, HAVE&BE launched the derma cosmetic brand Dr. Jart in 2005 based on the research and collaboration of 18 dermatologists. The brand Dr. Jart combines Doctor, meaning doctor, and Art, meaning art, meaning "Doctor Joins Art." HAVE&BE aims to create a brand where opposite meanings of reason and emotion meet and convey healthy beauty to consumers.

Dr. Jart products are currently being supplied to about 8,200 stores in 38 countries around the world, including the United States, China, Russia, Europe and Singapore, and are receiving enthusiastic attention from the millennial generation in the United States and Asia.
